In JK, the children focus on one letter each week. During our assembly presentation, the children had the opportunity to share a letter we have been learning. They pronounced the sound their letter makes and gave an example of a word that begins with their letter. The children also impressed the crowd by counting by 5’s to 100!
For our virtue on Determination and Perseverance, they had fun singing a little Rap version of “The Itsy Bitsy Spider.”
The children presented their Valentine heart projects and shared what love meant to them. They ended the assembly by singing, “There’s a Little Wheel Turning In My Heart.”
