What are the school hours?
Upper and Middle Division (grades 5-12): 8:00 am -3:15 pm
Lower Division (PK3-grade 4): 8:15 am -3:00 pm

What is the student to teacher ratio?
Depends on grade level. Average class size is 12-15 students.

Is financial aid available?
Yes, please refer to the Financial Aid page.

Is extended care available?
Yes, both morning and after school extended care is available for students ages 3 through 8th grade at an additional cost. (Morning care for 5th-8th graders is at no cost.)

Do you offer transportation?
Morning transportation services will be offered for the 2014-2015 school year. Click here for more information.

Do you have a meal program?
We offer a catered lunch served daily by A Dash of Salt and Pepper. Lunches may be ordered in advance. Click here for a sample menu.

Do I need a laptop?
Laptops are required starting in 7th grade. Academy provides tablets for student use in 5th and 6th grade. Please see the Laptop Program page for more information.

Do you have a summer camp or summer school?
Summer at the Lakes offers more than 50 programs for students in grades PreK3 through 9. See our Summer Camp page for more information.

How many of your students attend college?
Nearly 100% of Academy graduates attend college. We provide a very individualized college counseling program. To view a list of college acceptances, click here.

Do you have after school activities?
We have a range of extra-curricular activities for all ages. Please see our After-school activities page and our Extra Curricular Experiences page for more details. Additionally, students in grades 5-12 may participate in our competitive sports program.

Do you participate in the VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) program?
As a private, independent, non-profit school, we have chosen not to be a part of this program.
