Seven Academy students competed in the Regional Science Fair. All placed in the top three slots in their category. Six students won first place and will continue to the state science fair.

The second graders have been learning about the life cycle of butterflies. It was a wonderful experience releasing the Painted Lady butterflies into our second grade garden. It was a joy to watch and listen to the children’s excitement and observe their curiosity.
