AATL’s FITclub

This Saturday, September 8 kicks off our first week of FITclub.

FITclub was created by AATL PE Coach and Head Football Coach Shawn Brown.  Coach Brown has over 10 years of experience in Fitness and Personal Training. He is certified in Strength and Conditioning by Nike (NG360), CAFS (Certified Applied Functional Science), and FAFS (Fellow of Applied Functional Science). During FITclub he will take you through a FREE, fun, fast-paced workout that will focus on strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular endurance for Academy students, parents, faculty, family, and friends ages 10 and up.

“My goal in FITclub has not only been to inspire people to get fit, but to also bring the Academy community together,” said Coach Brown.

You’ll improve your, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity! No experience required. Questions? Contact Coach Shawn Brown.
