Our dynamic, teacher-led program offers exciting activities for children from PK3 through rising 8th grade with full and half-day options. Summer at the Lakes campers who join us for 4-7 weeks of full-day camps are
eligible for a 5% discount (use code 5%). Campers who join us for 8 weeks of
full-day camps will receive a 10% discount (use code 10%.)
Before Care is available from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM at a rate of $6 per morning.
After Care is available from 3:15pm-5pm at a rate of $9 per afternoon.
Lil’ Wildcat Camp is a weekly full or half-day camp designed for our youngest campers, who must be 3 or 4-years old, potty trained, and no longer in training pants.
Wildcat Camp is a full-day camp designed to spark imagination, stimulate intellectual curiosity, and provide plenty of fun and physical activity.
Wildcat Academy is a full or half-day camp. Campers choose between A.M. and P.M options to design either a half-day or full-day camp.
Jay Woodruff is the Director of Auxiliary Programs at Academy at the Lakes. In this role, he will serve as the school’s Summer Camp Director. Mr. Woodruff has worked in independent schools for over 30 years – 12 years as a physical education teacher and 18 years coordinating afterschool and summer programs.
Absolutely! Our summer camp programs are open to both Academy and non-Academy students unless otherwise noted.
Our camp hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm.
Yes, morning care begins at 7:30am and will cost $6.00 per day. Aftercare runs from 3.30pm to 5pm and will cost $9.00 per day.
Lunch will be provided for your camper on Fridays only. All campers must bring their own lunch (Mon. – Thurs.), snacks, and water bottle.
No, we do not provide transportation during the summer.
Drop-off for all camps (PK-8th) will be on Academy’s Wendlek Campus (2200 Collier Parkway). Pick-up for PK-5th Grade students will also be on the Wendlek Campus. Pick-up for 6th-8th Grade students will be across the street on Academy’s McCormick campus (2331 Collier Parkway).
