The AATL Varsity Softball Team is Gearing Up for Another Shout at a State Championship

Academy’s First Weightlifter Places 2nd in Championship

On Jan. 21, Kennedy Lachicotte ’15 placed second in the District 5 Championship. The top three lifters in each District go to the State meet. Kennedy lifted 100lbs in Bench Press and 130 in Clean and Jerk. The State Meet is Feb. 7 in Kissimmee, Fla.

Academy’s First Weightlifter

Kennedy Lachicotte ’15 made Academy at the Lakes’ history on November 12, 2014 as the school’s very first weightlifter.
