Academy at the Lakes Alumna, Britney Mroczkowski, a retail real estate expert, was recognized in Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list.
Mroczkowski graduated college in 2011 when commercial real estate was struggling from the 2008 recession. Since then she’s joined BTI Partners as Vice President of Retail Development and oversees the retail leasing for the Westshore Marina District. To date, she has completed close to $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.
