Designed to introduce students to major ecological concepts and environmental issues.
The curriculum includes weekly fieldwork at Academy’s nearby 69-acre undeveloped property, and it focuses on concepts that are real-life issues. The goal is to promote awareness and understanding of practical, everyday problems that affect the lives of students and their families.
Through the generosity of its families, the school owns a 26-foot pontoon boat that can hold up to 17 student researchers as they explore adjacent Myrtle Lake and other local waterways.
The Admissions Team offers personal tours to fit your schedule. Tours are scheduled Monday-Friday.
