Singing is part of the culture at Academy at the Lakes. Opportunities to express oneself through song begin with our PreK3 students – both in the classroom and during their bi-weekly Performing Arts class.

All students in Senior Kindergarten through Grade 6 are welcome to be a part of the Children’s Choir that meets weekly and performs in several assemblies and concerts throughout the year. Students in Grades 7-12 may take chorus as an elective, meaning they have daily opportunities to build self-confidence, collaborate, communicate, and express themselves creatively through music.
