What the Dickens! Our 3rd grade students were "guests" at the Dickens’ home as Charles Dickens and his sister, Fan, acted out their own “Amateur Theatrical” version of Scrooge’s story. The 2 actor-duo of the professional Atlantic Coast Theatre for Youth used only their imaginations & props (items) from the drawing room to create and perform 15 characters from the classic story! There was audience participation throughout the performance as students were drawn into the story. After the performance, students engaged in a brief Q&A with the actors and received advise and inspiration! #greatopportunity #coolschool #charlesdickens #achristmascarol #atlanticcoasttheatre #acting #theater #fieldtrips ...
